Your Coating’s Written Warranty
Registered to your car — plate and VIN. This page is the whole deal: what’s covered, the three things that keep it alive, and how to claim if the coating ever lets you down.
What you’re covered by
Our primary coating is Adam’s Graphene Ceramic Coating Advanced — rated by Adam’s at 9+ years of protection with >10H hardness. That rating is the manufacturer’s published claim about the product; you can look it up.
On top of it sits our promise, in writing: if your coating stops performing within its warranty term while you’ve kept to this page, we re-coat the affected panels at our cost. The warranty is ours and we stand behind it — System X installs (available by request) additionally carry the manufacturer’s own VIN-registered warranty.
The three rules that keep it alive
A coating warranty only means something if the coating is maintained. Here is everything we ask — no fine print beyond it.
Required · once a year
The Ceramic Maintenance Detail — $250 sedan / $300 SUV
A coating’s pores clog with iron and minerals over a year — a normal wash can’t clear them. We decon-wash, inspect every panel under lighting, and give you a written condition report. That report is your warranty record. Miss the anniversary by more than 30 days and the warranty is void.

Hand wash or touchless only
pH-neutral soap and a soft mitt, or a touchless (spray-only) automatic when you’re stuck. The care guide walks you through both, step by step.
Never
Brush tunnel washes — they void the warranty
Spinning brushes are loaded with the grit of every car before yours and physically grind the coating down. Evidence of tunnel washing voids coverage — this is the one hard line, and it exists to protect the coating you paid for.
